In 1993 the culmination of a five-year plan, and a $1,000,000 Founder's Gift, established the RNS Regional Cancer Center at AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center.
At the RNS Regional Cancer Center, a team of specialists work with patients from the diagnosis stage through treatment choices. The Cancer Center has the most advanced radiation treatment equipment in the region being the only facility in the state to provide AcQsim, the most sophisticated tumor localization technology available.
