Registration starts at 7:30am. The events will begin at 8:30am with an opening ceremony and an aerobic warm-up.

Stroll the boardwalk or run in the 5K or mile; it’s all for fun and a good cause.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers in 5K run. The
Run will take place on an accurately measured course,
on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

RNS is celebrating 46 years of dedicated service to our community. This ALL VOLUNTEER organization has provided over $10 million for cancer diagnosis, cancer treatment and the treatment of heart disease and rehabilitation.

Join us as we continue our mission. BECAUSE WE CARE.

8:45AM – Aerobic Warm-up by Mainland Fitness
9:00AM – 5K Run • 5K Walk
10:00AM – 1 mile Kids’ Run

Where: Official Start & Finish at Garden Pier. New Jersey Ave., Atlantic City, NJ

Directions To The Race:

From Atlantic City Expressway:
Turn Left on Atlantic Avenue and go northeast 15 blocks to New Jersey Avenue. Turn right onto New Jersey Avenue and go 2.5 blocks to the Boardwalk
There is free parking in the lot on your left when you reach the Boardwalk. Go up the steps and through the archway for Garden Pier. The Art Center is on your left.

Prizes:

5K Run:
First Place male and female will each receive $500 in Cash. Second place male and female will each receive $300 in cash. Third place male and female will each receive $100 in cash. These overall winners will also, receive a trophy.

5K Age Groups:
The first three male and female runners in each age group category will receive a trophy. Age divisions are 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70
and over.

Sponsorship Awards:
The individual who raises the most pledge money will be awarded a 6 month membership to the Atlanticare Life Center in Egg Harbor Township, donated by Atlanticare.

Team Awards:
The Sponsorship Team that raises the most pledge money will be awarded a team trophy. In addition, a $250 gift certificate from Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelery will be awarded to both the team captain, and the individual who raise the most pledge money.

Awards Ceremony: Garden Pier

BIG TEAM:
The team with the most team members will receive a trophy for the Big Team. The captain will be awarded a $100 gift certificate donated by From Scratch Personal Chef Service.

Competitive TEAM:
The winning top male AND female Competitive Team will be scored by the 3 fastest members of the team.

Each winning team member from the Male and Female Competitive Team will be awarded a gift certificate to Mainland Fitness for a strength training session.

Each winning team member from the Female Competitive Team will be awarded a gift certificate to Esthetica Salon and Spa.

Kids’ Event:
After the runners return, the kids will move to the Boardwalk for a 1 mile run. The boy and girl who finish first will each receive an ipod donated by Dr. Fred Nahas.
